CANCELLATION by MEENA ART GALLERY

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you (by email/ phone) and inform in case your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. In case your number is part of DNC (Do Not Call) list generated by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) then we will not able to contact you but would be sending email notification for same. Alternately customers can contact us at +91-0422-2454573 ,in our working time 10am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday.

In case of pre-paid order due to non -confirmation of payment from your bank within 30 minutes, your order would be automatically cancelled. If payment is received at later stage then a new order will be placed by Meena Art Gallery team on your behalf subject to product availability.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, Meena Art Gallery reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. For cancellation of orders that have been dispatched please refer to our Returns section below. Meena Art Gallery has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Meena Art Gallery and accept Meena Art Gallery's decision regarding the cancellation. Meena Art Gallery also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.

Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

Fraudulent /Declined/ Rejected Transactions

Meena Art Gallery reserves the right to recover the cost of Products, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Meena Art Gallery reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Return Policy

Meena Art Gallery has put no-hassle procedures in place to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence as well as return your purchase to us, hassle free. In case you are not happy with the purchased product or have found any issue in the quality, size or color of the item, please call our customer care at 0422-2454574 or place a return request.

How to return:

Return of products only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging within two weeks of purchase. Products returned must be with the rate tag, unused and undamaged by you.

In addition, products must be returned inside their original box to avoid a re-stocking fee of Rs.200

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS VALUED AT RS.500 OR LESS. However, if we receive any such product, then Meena Art Gallery will not be liable to return the product to the customer. It will simply be disposed.

In the case of a manufacturing defect please send an email at meenaartgallery@gmail.com along with digital photographs and our customer care team will look into the matter and assist you accordingly.

Once you have received your purchase, should there be any discrepancy in your product customers must report the issue to our care team within 24hrs of delivery, either by email or call us at 0422-2454573.

NOTE: All packages given to any courier service for return should be well packed to avoid any theft in-transit. When you are returning the product yourself, we recommend you to use a reputed courier service to send the package back to us.

All return products must clearly mention the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below

Goods sold at discount

A product on sale shall be available for a limited duration of time and such products will be available at a discounted price.

Any return/refund of any products sold through discount Sales shall be subject to the availability of the product as well as our sole discretion. To return an item, the customer must write to us at meenaartgallery@gmail.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may call at our customer care number 09944011417. Items and packaging must be with the tags, unused and undamaged by you. Goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, including boxes and the invoice to our address.

Products must be returned inside their original box to avoid Rs.200 re-stocking fee.

Refund of Payment

If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. You can receive an instant refund in the form of a gift voucher after your order has been cancelled.

If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank within 15 working days of order cancellation (Please note, refund of online payment can happen only once against an order). Payments made through Cheque/DD/Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 days of receiving the Bank Details from you.

Refunds pertaining to product(s) which have been returned will be offered once we have received the product(s) back with us (and they are not in damaged condition) . Because of any circumstances beyond our control, if we are not able to service the order, we will inform you and initiate replacement of product(s) not available or refund against the product(s), as per your choice.
